About Our Heating and Plumbing Company

History and Legacy

Since 1953, A & B Heating & Sheet Metal Company Inc. has been dedicated to serving the heating, cooling, and plumbing needs of Warren, McKean, Forest, and Chautauqua counties. Our story began with Carl Papalia, who founded the company after returning home from serving his country in the skies above the South Pacific during World War II. He was soon joined by his brothers Ralph, as part-owner, and Joe, as head serviceman. Mr. Veto Greto also joined the team as an installer and sheet metal fabricator, and together, they formed the core of A & B for over 40 years.

Over the past 68 years, we have been honored to serve our community with over 587,000 hours of being on-call, according to owner Dave Papalia. "The only thing that can stop our guys is lunch."
